Every bakery has its house sizes. Ours are 3" Mini Cake and 10" Whole Cake — and there's a reason. The 10" Whole Cake gives 12–16 clean, uniform slices with predictable food cost per serving. The 3" Mini Cake is our individual serving format, ideal for grab-and-go retail, hotel in-room dining and elegant plated presentations.
