Terms & Conditions

Cake World is a wholesale business exclusively serving verified hospitality operations — hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, gourmet retailers and similar foodservice businesses. Our Services and products are not intended for individual consumers. Consumer-facing orders, one-time events and personal orders are not eligible.

Submitting a quote request or sample box request does not create a binding contract. Our team will review your request and respond with a personalized proposal. A binding agreement is formed only when Cake World issues a written order confirmation accepted by you.

Wholesale prices are quoted individually to each account based on volume, geography, packaging preferences and other commercial variables. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless expressly stated. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed.

Sample boxes are reserved for verified foodservice businesses. Cake World may require a refundable fee, which — upon a first qualifying wholesale order — will be credited against your invoice. Cake World reserves the right to decline sample box requests that do not meet program criteria.

Payment terms are established individually per account and communicated in each order confirmation. Late payments may accrue interest and result in a suspension of Services until the balance is cleared.

Products are shipped via cold-chain logistics. Delivery timelines communicated in a quote are estimates and depend on production capacity, carrier availability and destination. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier at Cake World's facility unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

Please inspect all deliveries upon receipt. Any claim regarding damaged, missing or non-conforming products must be reported to info@cakeworldusa.com within 48 hours of delivery, together with photographic evidence. Cake World will offer, at its discretion, a credit, refund or replacement.

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including wheat, eggs, dairy, soy and nuts. It is the client's responsibility to communicate accurate ingredient and allergen information to end consumers. Cake World is not liable for adverse reactions caused by improper communication or handling downstream.

All content on the Cake World website — including product photographs, recipes, brand elements, illustrations and copy — is the exclusive property of Cake World USA and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Any commercial use requires prior written authorization.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cake World's aggregate liability arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client to Cake World in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Cake World is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or lost-profit damages.

Cake World shall not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from events beyond its reasonable control — including natural events, pandemics, supply-chain disruptions, government actions, labor disputes or transportation failures.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Services after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
